Efficient Customer Service

<p>I would like to thank Wayne Powell for assisting me most efficiently with my request for policy documents.</p> <p>He was straight to the point and gave me what I asked for immediately.</p> <p>It is refreshing to deal with a call centre that is efficient and not hearing excuses of slow systems, trying to locate policy details and keeping me on the line for 10 minutes for no reason.</p> <p>Thank you Wayne.</p>
