Efficient claim submission and payout process

<p>My father passed away on Tuesday, 10 January 2017. On the morning of Wednesday, 11 January 2017 I visited the 1LIFE offices in Dainfern.</p> <p>I was met by a 1LIFE Claims Administrator by the name of Charlene Phiri. She offered her condolences on the passing of my dad and then advised me of the claims process and checked all my documents.</p> <p>She then logged my claim telephonically and advised me of the turn around time(s). I advised Charlene that we need to proceed with the funeral arrangements within the next day and advised her of the urgency of the calim being processed.</p> <p>She noted all my concerns and advised me that she would contact me later in the day to provide feedback. While I was still at the 1lIFE Offices my claim was already being processed.</p> <p> </p> <p>On my way home, I received a call from Charlene, she advised me that my claim was processed and was awaiting approval. She advised me that the claims assessor will contact me to confim all the details.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then received a call from Sunette Muller, she advised me that the claim was successfully submitted and approved. She confirmed the value of the payout and advised me that it would be paid on Wednesday, 11 January 2017, this is the same day as the claim was logged! Oustanding service indeed!</p> <p> </p> <p>I expressed my gratitude to Sunette Muller and Charlene Phiri for ensuring that the enitre claims process was such an easy transaction, and it ensured that we were able to commence with the funeral preparations with urgency. Thank you very much for your efficient service.
