Efficiency Personified
I was looking to cancel my cover with 1Life and Lebogang informed me of my options first before doing so. By the end of it all I had easily been convinced to rather not cancel and alter my cover to how I best want it. Very knowledgeable guy. Lovely attitude too. Thumbs up!
