I sent an sms to 1 Life requesting a quote on their Life Insurance .To my surprise within an hour I received a call from a guy named Twelopele ,he was very efficient and patient in answering all the questions asked and product knowledge .<br> <br> Call centres should hire more people like him ,not somebody who is only interested in making a sale .The number of sales must be of the same quality with your work .People end up making wrong decisions because of being rushed and manipulated by the call centre agents who are only interested in sales .<br> <br> Big up to Twelopele ,he must keep up the good work .
