Efficiency
In my experience with contact centre consultants I have never come across such a happy and jolly agent. Bafana, not only assisted me with efficiency but he was professional too. He makes you comfortable and able to obtain all the information you need as a customer. This is a bit usual in my experience, one would receive mediocre service but not at 1Life, they have good customer service.<br> <br> I hope all 1life agents are just as good with customer service as he is. Well done, you have an assert. <br> <br>
