I am not pleased with the service from 1Life consultants, they say that there is no time period for the Life Policy claim to be finalised and paid. I went to their website this is what they have for life cover payouts "How soon are claims paid out? Qualified life claims take up to 10 days to pay out, once all the required paperwork is received. When I send them emails, they do not acknowledge my emails, I have to phone to check that they have received my email. The other issue is the call centre agents that tell me that there is no turn-around time for the payouts. I find this really disappointing.

I received a message that the matter has been referred to your complaints department for assistance and that you will contact me. Today; 20th February 2023, I have not heard anything from 1Life. It's easier to get clients to sign up, but it's a challenge to assist clients that have difficulties concerning their claims. I would never advise anyone to join 1Life. They have bad service.
