double premiums taken without my knowledge
I was never advised that when I missed a premium then they take double fot that month. I am single mother and I has specifically asked that the amount must debited exactly month end and now they claim that they sent a letter notifying me that two premiums will be taken from my account.<br> <br> I am currenlty broke was going to use that money for taxi fair to get to work and now I do not hve money to get to work with so I can pay their stupid insurance.
