Double debited and not confirming cancelation of policy

I got double debited by 1life for July's premium, and because this was the last straw as I already had a problem with them, I contacted them about canceling my policy but they do not respond to my emails and their numbers don't go through. They ignored my emails until my next pay day and deducted an August premium. I can't even reverse the premium they deducted.
