Don't want to pay my moms claim

Funeral cover is for what, well I would say is not to be stressed as specially if you paid it for same time, my mom opened a cover for her close family, and 1 day someone called her to ask, to update her payout amount and she did, last week her sister passed away and it's not a walk in the park, they don't want to pay her out and the reason is not good enough, they don't stay in the same province and she don't have her own car, so the payout money would be for what......that money was to help with the funeral and for not to worry how to get there and back, so know you people are making it hard for her to be at the funeral or to give her part, meaning she paid a funeral policy for nothing coz the reason that she took out a cover was for what.....and we all are on her policy so we are also going have problems in the future with you, to have pyn and then this.....wow and the funeral is tomorrow and then we think we are being safe
