Don't be fooled by 1 life they are rouges

Very bad customer service. I intially submitted a dread dieseas claim last year in september when i was diagnosed with cancer. I took them several months and after me losing everything they finally paid only 25 percent of what i am actually insured for. I then queried it i sent thru all documents from doctors and specialist that are treating me that confirms i am on stage 3 cancer but 1 life carries on asking for documents saying that is last docs required to pay out the balance but just trying to delay the process. This is worst insurance company ever
