Doesn't pay benefits as advertised

Very pathetic service and ****mer company that doesn't pay for all their promised benefits.Still waiting for 2 headstone payments which they supposedly paid over to my account but those payments are nowhere to be found.Have sent them my bank statement showing that they keep sending me their own admin generated proof of payment instead of official proof of payment with bank letter head and stamp proving indeed their payments were made.I keep following up and no one is interested in resolving the matter.I spoke to Londiwe,Cornelia and Pretty their claim consultants and they keep telling me they can't do anything but escalate to management who is now forever on leave.
