Dissatisfied

I wouldn’t take out a policy with 1Life. They were very quick and efficient when I took the policy out but now that they have to pay out I have to run after them. I logged a claim with them on Tuesday or Wednesday and I’ve atill heard nothing from them. An advisor was supposed to call me but instead I’ve been calling them and imagine the funeral is on saturday. When calling them I’m told the person processing my claim is not in and should be in Friday at 10 am. Is there one claim processor at 1Life. Their service has been appalling and I wouldn’t want anyone to struggle the way I have with them especially when you in need for the money for a Funeral
