Dissapoited with 1life

Good morng Im here because i need help ive been with 1life for 2yrs nw. I made a claim on the 3rd of june 2021 up to date i haven't receive a payment. They don't call and update me on wats happening and y they taking for ever to pay me. I sent a camplain to them but they did Notin abt it. I call them they telling me 1 thing over and over. Wat frastraiting is tht other companies paid rite after ive sent all the necessary documents.
