Dissapointed and Angry

i wanted to open a life insurance with 1life since i have a funeral policy and they paid on time when my mom passed away an agent called me but i did finish the application process but they decided to prceed without my permission and my account was debited twice i called to complain but three of their consultants gave me different stories i then spoke to the manager who send will send me call recordings in 3 business days to date i cant recieve that recordings and i called again last week she said she will call me she didnt and then i called today they said she says she is i a meeting she will call back im still waiting for a call till now her name is Lerato Molekisane
