Disregard for privacy and legislation

i received a call from your agent who was trying to sell me a policy. Firstly, i was driving but your agent didn't bother to ask if it was convenient time to speak. When i finally could get a word in, i wanted to know where my details was obtained to be contacted as I am registered with DMASA. This didn't seem to phase the agent. She proceeded to tell me that she comes to work and looks for leads to call and if i am not interested, i just have to say so and she will end the call. i brought to her attention the POPI act and my right to not be marketed to, to which your agent responded by laughing at me. i consider this highly unprofessional and also very damaging to your brand and serious exposure for your business if your agents are still ******** to current legislation. sadly my view of your brand has been tarnished by this experience. i invite you to listen to the call and share your view on the call handling and customer experience. I will provide the detail of the call if you contact me.
