Disillusioned

I am very disillusioned with 1Life Direct at the moment.

I was in contact with a lady by the name of Chandre Judas (Resolutions Officer) last year and she was very nice...

I sent the same lady an email regarding my policy on 28 January 2021 and no response was received!! Due to Covid - i am reviewing my current policies and needed advice... Do i have to drop dead before anyone will help me? I have been paying faithfully for 10 years and the wool was pulled over my eyes with one of my policies and it wasn't explained correctly and only found out to my horror that it wasn't what i expected.

If i receive no response soon, social media will be my next step.... Pull up your socks 1Life or i will take this further...
