Dishonesty

I have never came across this 1life has such a terrible customer service....

They policy clearly stated that they pay after 24 hours of receiving all the documents. I submitted all the required documents now I am being told it's going to take 14 working days for the policy to be processed..

How on earth will I arrange for the funeral? The company is causing me a lot of distress and anxiety.... The funeral is Thursday and no one is willing to assist no document is outstanding.

I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone if you want peace of mind refrain from taking cover with 1life.
