Dishonesty at 1Life is shocking

I took two life policies, that are exactly for the same amount, just over 2yrs ago. I found out last week that it was not supposed to happen and had I died, they wouldn’t have paid. I asked for a refund and now they are ducking and diving. The quality assurance consultant who told me, keeps saying her boss is out and she’ll call back and never does.
