Dishonest Sales Tactics
Totally dishonest sales process,
I signed up with 1Life, to have the Pulse policy and benefit with a Samsung Watch,
They informed me that I need to do my HIV test and debit to go off before I'd get my watch.
Well debit went off and HIV test done.
When I call and ask what's the process now to get my watch I am told that I don't qualify for this benefit despite me qualifying apparently when I signed up.
The benefit shows on my profile that it's there but now all a sudden I don't qualify.
So 1Life uses devious ********* sales tactics to get your business.
I'll be looking at alternative solutions
