Disgusting service

I have been a client from 2022 and i missed one payment the customer care phoned me said they will write back the one payment as I have been a long standing policy holder, and then continued to update my details. I informed them that i was diagnosed with pre diabetes just about two months prior. As soon as the lady heard that she immediately told me that she needs to speak the underwriters as they will no longer cover me. They cancelled my policy. So being honest cost me premiums paid from 2022. The worst service I have ever experienced.
