Disgusting and Shocking Servicep

On the 1Life website under Life Insurance it states "Prepare your family for life's changes with a life insurance policy from 1Life.Your policy will help your loved ones survive the loss of your income and provide them with the financial protection they need to live the life you've always planned for them"

Having reaad the above quote from your website im extremely dissapointed and unhappy with the service im getting from 1Life .My husband passed away on 02 Oct 2019 a sad day in our lives ,He had a life cover with 1Life of which my son a 11 year old is a beneficiary.I had such a huge relief cause with him having a policy it meant he had taken care of our sons future for his education as it was what we alays discussed that if one of us should go ,God forbid we should have a life cover that will take care of our kids so that they can have the advantage of advancing their education as we struggled to make sure we had our education as our parents did not have the financial means to do so.

It is now 17 July 2020 and i have not received any feedback from your assessor Freddie Nile .Every time i call im told his on a call and would return my call .Im still waiting for his call.Imagine my husband must be turning in his grave cause he paid his premium without fail until he day he died and after 1Life promising our child will be taken care off however they are just giving us a run around and not paying the policy to my son.

As a mother and a wife i hope none of you at 1Life ever have to lose a loved one and have to deal with 1Life for a claim because you will have sleepless nights with stress.My child attends school i need to pay school fees and take care of his needs yet i cant do that because 1 life is a useless company ******** people as shows on the Checkpoint show on television on Monday.

I really hope and pray what you re doing to innocent people that one day you will get to experience it and then maybe you will understand the heartache and strain you are causing to us.

If anyone else reads my review and was thinking of taking a policy with 1Life dont waste your money cause when you are no more they dont care about your loved ones that will be left behind .Take out a policy with another company instead.
