Disgusted as a customer

I would never recommend this company to anyone. they are ********* an the workers are arrogant with an attitude. they debit your account without consent, and when its time to refund you, they make you cry for your own money. The workers give you attitude and lie that they are so called superiors, they never assist with urgent matters and when we try to contact them directly, all they do is send automated emails. However when we take to social media, they call and once and the issue is never resolved. please can someone assist? all the workers at one life needs to urgently go back for training on customer service and telephone etiquette. dear 1 life, please meet up with your logos and dont just do it for advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!
