DISGUSTED AND VERY UNHAPPY

Nope not happy at all. They don't seem to want to help their clients this is pathetic.

You have to pay a fee every month and this is the service you get no ways!

Me and my husband have a policy there and we think it's time to move to a better company that wants to help us and surely be more than able to have updated systems that WORK!
