Disgraceful insurance

My mother peace be upon her passed away on the 27th of October and I submitted all documents on 1st of November or if there was something missing 1Life employees only communicated with me when I had missing documents. It's now 7th of November 2023 my mother has already buried and it's absolutely disgraceful
