Disappointed with 1life rewards **** for Maize me

I am very disappointed with 1life rewards. Firstly, the maize meal is ****. I went to redeem at PicknPay, only to find found that it only give you R10 discount, not packet of maize for R10. I lodged a complaint about this, its been almost 2 months no with no response or contact. The same happened with vouchers on the app, I tried to redeem one at fishaways and it didnt work, I sent a query to 1life rewards then few hours later the voucher was deleted from my profile.
