Disappointed with 1life insurance
Disappointed with 1life insurance company and won't recommend to anyone,
I've lodge a claim for my late husband in July until today I'm still waiting for them to make payment they've requested documents of which I have emailed to them the life claim assessor Mary Reneke she told me as soon as she receive the documents then she will release the claim.
My husband had a life cover with 1Life for over 3 years and the service that I have received from them is unbearable I have send numerous emails and even took the matter to my lawyer to attend to it last week before last we've send them a letter of demand and since then I haven't got any response on Friday we decided to go through the ombudsman. I always ask myself a question that if I was a white person they probably would have treated me differently and maybe would have paid.
My kids and I are suffering but their father left them something to live with but still hanging until today I am still waiting for them to pay my husband money.
Yesterday Thabiso from 1Life requested a BI that was already send last year July and I have send it again week before last.
I really hate what 1Life insurance company is doing and I won't even recommend it to anyone that need insurance the trauma that I am still facing even today with 1life insurance and to make the matter worse is that they not even apologetic about what they are doing to them they enjoying everything that they are doing to people.
To anyone who has a cover with 1Life insurance company please be careful or reconsider because 1life insurance they don't even care about anyone trauma or feelings,
