Disappointed service Received

Submitted a claim. They requested all the documents for my grandmothers insurance claim. Took a while but got it all to them on the 21st Dec 2020. It’s not 2 months later and they are still confirming documents.

Thanks as we have been ignored when we call. The assessor has been avoiding us and giving us false promises that they will keep us updated.

I got through to complaints they got the assessor to finally call us just to say they sent a email to the doctor for documents.... I called the Doctor and they sent it twice now.

Thanks for making a difficult time for my family even more difficult. Careless company and unprofessional employees.
