Disappointed

I am writing to express my serious disappointment and concern regarding the conduct of your door-to-door sales agents.

Representatives by the name of Percy number *** whom I also contacted to rectify his mistake but is now not even answering my calls from your company visited my home while my grandmother was alone. She was informed that she would not be registered for any policy. However, it has since come to our attention that she was in fact registered without her clear knowledge or consent. This is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, I have attempted to contact your broker department multiple times to address this issue, but my calls have repeatedly been disconnected. This lack of communication only adds to my concern about how this matter has been handled.

I would like a full explanation of how this occurred, written confirmation of any policy created under her name, and immediate cancellation of any such policy if it exists. Please also confirm that no payments will be processed.

I expect a prompt response to this complaint. I sincerely hope this is not representative of how your company conducts business.
