i called 1life as my premiums were not paid imagine they cannot provide banking details so i can pay instead of lapsing policy the manager clearly says they only can debit our accounts what ******* i can get my entire family to cancel as i recommended this company i work daily with all insurances and i can state i have all their banking details what is this the biggest fools i know how can you do business with these people

09 Jan 2024, 15:48good day please note my life cover also has an issue as the debit was to run at end feb 2023 how ever it ran 9 feb 2023 i called in and sorted issue however one year down the line i called i told one premium missed the inception date is wrong and not rectified this company really is dishonest with clients and dipsite call they do not sort issues out really disappointed maybe i should cancel all policies and go to another insurance one thats trustworthy
