disappointed bad service

1Life I am so disappointed in this insurance for more than 12 years payed this insurance but then you claim it a different story they just don’t care if you have no food no money 42 email later nothing no call back waiting “48 hours fals ads”. they don’t even Imagine what a person is going through I have sent three death certificates and must I sent them the ashes as well husband passed away in January of Covid and no support from 1Life none at all
