Disappointed

I am disappointed in the service i am getting from 1Life Insurance. I asked them in June 2026 right after i app**** for funeral insurance. Simply because of affordability on the policy. Last month August 2026 they debited R586, which i did not approve, they did not cancel the policy. So i want a refund, as i asked for last week. I have not received any communication that the policy was canceled. And i am still waiting for my refund.
