Disappointed

I recently asked for an upgrade on my life insurance. QUOTE was sent and all ammendments followed. I was then being debited for two different policies for about 2 months now.i have been with 1 life for more than 10 years now. I simply asked for an upgrade and not an additional policy. I would expect your brokers to atleast look after loyal customers but they don't even pay attention. Now they want to take an entire week to give me feedback. This is nonsense.
