Disability Claim

2019 I found myself fighting for my life after my car was shot 4 times and I took 2 bullets from the shooting , the incident left me with a damaged left leg , the knee was too damaged to be fixed or heal alone and plates and *****s had to be put which later caused a serious complications which in 2023 required a complete knee reconstruction and removal of anything that was put there.

When I contacted my life cover because I knew that I did take one to assist me on such traumatic occasions but they told me that I didn't qualify and I did again this year and was told to submit the claim for review and they sent me up amd down mind you I'm in crutches recovering my 2 major sugiries again.

I'm so disappointed by the service I'm receiving I have been paying this life cover since 2009 and I have never claimed nor requested anything from them and only when I need then they can't help me.

When they wanted me to join and debiting money it's nice but now they have to assist they can't even call me when I request too , or respond to my emails.

Please help
