DELAYING PAYING THE LIFECOVER AFTER ALL IS SUBMITTED.

i am writing this complain because i am very sad because of what 1life is doing after my husband took a life cover with them when he bought a house for our family in 2018,thinking it will be appropriate in case anything happened as we don't know wat can happen tomorrow. It has now been 7 months after his death and i have submmitted all that they require for them to pay up the cover so dat my kids dont loss their home.Now they keep saying their busy with investigations which i don't know wat for as we showed the medical report that showed the cos of death as its covid and they busy coming up with unnecessary tactics and while the bank is busy chasing my kids out of their home after their father made sure that they dont struggle shud anything happen to him.I have tried to cvall and even asked for the manager it seems like no1 is seeing the urgency of this matter for us.I was even thinking of taking the cover for my myself with them but after this i am scared my kids would struggle.
