Delayed claim process

The promise of getting outcome of claim within 24 hours as stipulated on the website is false. I have submitted documents for the claim for my deceased uncle last week and yesterday I had to re-send documents. The funeral is tomorrow but nothing regarding the claim has been finalised. Really disappointing because we take our funeral policies to help with funeral arrangements. The company has no sense of urgency.
