Delay of Payment

I have never been **** by a company like this one, submitted my documents on the 16th till today am still waiting and they don't even contact you until I complain to their complaints department that's when i received a call from a lady saying she is the accessor and she is done with my claim. On Friday I called and they told me that my claim was at the accessors and they forwarded it to the finance department and I'll receive a confirmation letter on Monday, till today am still waiting for the letter.

Bad service ever
