Delay in the funeral cover pay out

life insurance...their service is extremely bad. I am cancelling the funeral cover I have with them. Their turn around time is 48 hours but i sent the funeral documents friday last week and today when I follow up with then I am told that they apologise for the delay and unfortunely theres nothing they can do and i will have to wait for Monday next week. When do i prepared for the funeral. Tuesday and Wednesday its a public holiday. My dad pased away I really dont need this...
