DEDUCTION WITH MY CONSENT

1 Life is deducting money every month from my account without my consent, I am a pensioner and I never took any insurance with 1Life. I have sent emails and faxes to 1Life but I never got any response. I desperately need your help and I will appreciate if I can be assisted to get all my money back. I have statements and affidavit. I don't have any papers from 1Life not even an account number.
