Debit Orders Going Off At The Wrong Time

<p>This is now the second month that the debit for my policy goes off at the wrong date. I tried calling the number the agent gave me that I dealt with but no luck. Another consultant phoned me and she said that she will get the consultant to call me back and I am still waiting. This happened last month when the debit order went off on the 21st and not on the 1st of every month as I requested. This month again the debit order went of on the 21st. I am on the verge of cancelling this policy. Who is going to pay for the reversal of the debit orders on my account as there was no money in my account????</p>
