took out policies with Unity financial services a few years ago, whenever II recently wanted to do amendments on my policy, I am unable to get my policy documents however I had written all policy numbers down and their contact number, since from yesterday 25/01 i have been trying to call the contact centre, however all 18 consultants that I spoke to confirmed that they do not have my policies on their system, The company debits me R289 monthly and I gave the ref number that appears on my bank statement however no one is able to assist, 2 consultants promised to have a look at this at come back to me with feedback today before 11am, it is already 2:20 non of them have responded to my emails nor called me. I have sent 7 emails that were never responded to, I am just asking myself as to what would happen if i were to submit a claim !! THE SERVICE IS SO REDICOLOUS IN A SENCE THAT I CANT EXPLAIN, THE REF NUMBER THAT APPEARS ON MY BANK STATEMENT STATES UNITYFS1538TELSUR201127 I CALLED TELESURE, 1LIFE AS THE UNDERWRITTER OF THE POLICY, AND CALLED UNITY BUT NON OF THEM IS ABLE TO ASSIST . I NEED FEEDBACK AND A RESOLUTION TO MY QUERY ASAP. WHAT ANNOYS ME THE MOST IS THAT I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT THEY SAID I SHOULD CALL ON THE SMS I RECEMTLY GOT FROM THEM BUT STILL NO ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST, THE POLICY NUMBERS I HAVE WITH ME, WERE GIVEN BY ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS SOMETIOME LAST YEAR WHEN I CALLED WITH A QUERY,, TODAY I AM TOLD THAT THEIR POLICY NUMBERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE 9 DIGITS NOT 7 DIGITS, I MEAM I CANNOT JUST CREATE POLICY NYMBERS FROM NOWHERE!! THE FSP NUM THAT APPEARS ON THE SMS IS FSP15260 .. IF THEY ARE ABLE TO SEND ME SMS ABOUT POLICY PREMIUMS THIS MEANS I DO HAVE POLICIES WITH THE COMPANY BUT NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST!! I REQUESTED THAT A TEAM LEADER OR MAANGER CALLS ME BUT HEY .... ZERO CALL FROM UNITY FINANCIAL SERVICES .. I AM CONFUSED AS TO WHICH COMPANY AM I INSURED WITH NOW .. IS IT UNITY? UNITY VAPS? 1LIFE? OR IS 1LIFE JUST THE UNDERWRITER? OR ISIT TELESURE ?? I NEED THIS SORTED BEFORE I INVOLVE THE MEDIA AND THE OMBUDSMAN MY CONTACT IS **********
