Debit order issue resolved in 5 second

I had a query with the debit order going through into my account that I was not sure off, Kavi Singarum he assisted me with good attitude and explain to me about that debit he even send me the contract via email .He was professional and patient enough for to understand the policy that I have with 1LIFE lastly he reminded me with the id number of the beneficiary that I have nominated that was not in full on the system.
