Debit order details changed without my consent

Last month I claimed for the tombstone benefit of my deceased partners. The entire process was a nightmare because nobody could understand what a sole prop account means!!!!!!

Eventually an amazing girl (I think her name was Silindile Ledula) assist me and took ownership of the matter. The funds were in my account within 48 hours. She went to extra mile to assist me to sort out everything.

Friday I noticed that my debit order details on my policy was changed without my consent which resulted in an unpaid on my current account .. and also now my April payment for my policy is in arrears.

I fail to understand how my details can just be changed. Now I have an unpaid fee of R145.00?!!
