Debit Date Issue
debit date issue, been telling these people to set as the 20th , never have they debited on the 20th i, its always after the 25 and they putting my account on a minus, worse this month they never got the funds, they telling me i owe for this month, really now whose fault is it, either they fix this issue or give me my initial voice recording of the sale, pay all my premiums since they failing me, there are other insurances out there, i will not be double debited for their issues.

I WILL NOT PAY ANY DOUBLE PAYMENT FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCY
IF THAT PREMIUM IS NOT CANCELLED OR REVERSED AM NOT LIABLE FOR IT, I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CONTACT AND YOU HAVE BEEN SAYING YOU HAVE FIXED THIS DEBIT ISSUE, THE DEBIT DATE I ASK IS WHAT I ASK ,U MIGHT AS WELL CANCEL MY POLICY AND REFUND MY PREMIUMS .
