Death Claim

I lodged a claim after my fiancee passed away in August 2015. I submitted all the required documentation and the claims department informed me that everything was submitted. I received a telephone call from Felicity saying that she would be assessing the claim. That was beginning September. To date I have received no feedback. I have emailed [Email Removed] as well as [Email Removed] but to date have yet to receive a response let alone feedback.<br> <br> Simon Joseph
