Death claim

Nkululeko Ntuli issued a life policy for my younger brother and made me a premium payer as my brother was unemployed and he called and **** to me that he spoke to my younger brother then I agreed to pay those premiums. Now my younger brother has passed away and 1life does not want to pay the benefits stated by Nkululeko Ntuli. I urge people to be careful when Nkululeko phone them and say they qualified for life insurance. The matter is now under review and will let you know of the outcome as the resolution team requested me to give them some time to investigate. I have the voice recordings and I'm willing to give them to anyone who can give assist me handling the matter as I don't want the refund of the premiums but the full cover amount as stipulated by Nkululeko Ntuli in the recording.
