death claim

On the 28 of July 2016,my husband passed away suddenly. He was not sick the next day i called 1life to ask them what documentation i needed to process a funeral cover claim, the lady that answered i think it was Charlene told me what documents i needed. Due to the delay of the death certificate i couldnt claim that week. the followin g monday on the 7th of August i send the documents they needed and they called me back on wednesday saying the copy of my id is not cleas and they gave me a number to whatsapp the id pics to them,i did that and i received confirmation that they received. But the next someone called me to say they didnt receive the id photos and i was given a different no. to whatsapp the id photos and again i send the pics and i received a confirmation that they received them. I called on Friday and i was told the accessor was busy with my claim and that was it. On Saterday i buried my husband with the money i borrowed from my Boss, while all the other insurances paid in. I only received the payout on the 17th of August and this is not the first time this happens, the same thing happened with my mother i received the payout after the funeral
