so 1life strikes again!! I took out a policy with 1life many years ago it was meant to be a life policy but I never got to do a HIV test at the time, but to my surprise my account was still being debited every month although I never actually knew why or what policy I had with them. Couple of years ago I came on here and finally someone emailed me a copy a policy, but Im still curious as to how they could procceed with a product that I essentially didn't apply for...I wanted a life covers me not completing the HIV test should then have disqualified me application instead of them just deciding on any other policy for me. Last year first week of Jan I finally reached out to have them correct the policy and they even gave me a reference to go to dischem gateway mall in Durban for my blood test to correct my policy. I got a call confirming all was well and my results were negative and the life policy was now in effect. well, what do you know,I just opened my email and I have something from 1life...stating that I only have an accident cover and that if I wanted a. life cover I need to call them...WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU MEAN ....AND WHY WAS I SENT FOR HIV TESTS AND NOW BECAUSE I ASKED ABOUT RETRENCHMENT COVER I SUDDENLY ONLY HAVE AN ACCIDENT PLAN... I NEED ANSWERS!!! THIS I *****!!
