I took out a Disability Policy with these ********. I then read the reviews on hello peter and decided to contact 1Life on the 19/08/2020 and ask them why they reupdate so many claims without reason. The ******* of them all BAFANA told me he will speak to the underwriters and give me a response in two days. I told him I had body pains and was seeking medical advise as to what the problem could be. I informed BAFANA that on the 20/8/2020 I was going for more x-rays and when and if the doctor gives me the diagnoses I would inform 1life. Today I received a call from BAFANA telling me that my policy will be cancelled. When I asked him why he stated to me that it is just like that. BEWARE DONT MAKE A FUSS OF BAFANA WAIT TILL YOU GET TO THE CLAIMMING STAGE THEN ALL YOUR PREMUIMS WILL FLY THROUGH THE WINDOW. I did not even claim and already they wanting to cancel my policy for no reason. My payments are up to date and I even informed them of my body pains now they getting clever. YOU HAVE THREE MONTHS TO DISCLOSE YOUR INJURY AND ILLNESS FOR A CLAIM. I did not get a diagnoses from my doctor to give to 1Life and already they want to cancel the policy. LONG TERM OMBUDSMAN SHOULD SHUT PLACES LIKE THIS DOWN
