Daily harassment from rude agents

I am being harassed on a daily basis by agents that don't seem to want to take no for an answer, then become rude using profanity as humour. This company should be closed down as they treat people like dirt & without respect.

If this is your business model to curse at prospective clients, I hope some authority closes you down because you're clearly not recording calls with this type of approach towards people.
