Yesterday morning [Sat, 17/10/2015 (09h+)], I called the 1 Life call centre. Within 3 phone beeps, Bafana Malabie picked up my call. Bafana was very patient in listening to my query while I was having the tele-conversation with him. He answered all my questions with vigour, good attitude, great interest and passion. I was very satisfied with his detailed explanation. He was a kind person, who was willing to go an extra mile to assist me as a client.
